A visit from Professor Dr. Sebastian Stichel from KTH to IUP
Professor Dr. Sebastian Stichel is a Director of Railway Research Group from the Royal Institute of Technology of the Kingdom of Sweden (Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan, KTH). He came to Thailand from April 30 through May 6, 2023 for a joint railway research discussion with Associate Professor Dr. Wichai Siwakosit of IUP, Dr. Sorawit Limtongkul from KU Mechanical Engineering, and Mr. Kavin Limjanon who is a PhD student at KU Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Sorawit and Mr. Kavin are both IUP alumni. IUP KU and KTH have been partners for over a decade, and we have successfully supported our students and researchers through Erasmus+ funding from the European Union for the exchange activities between Thailand and Sweden. We are looking forward to sending more IUP students and receiving more KTH students in the future. Thanks for your visit Sebastian and see you in Stockholm soon!
