Bangkhen Campus<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Our Faculty of Engineering is situated within Kasetsart University (KU)\u2019s Bangkhen campus, which is located at 50 Ngamwongwan Road, Lat Yao Sub-district, Chatuchak District, Bangkok 10900. It lies at the kilometer marker # 14 on Phahonyothin Rd., at the intersection of Phahonyothin and Ngamwongwan Roads.<\/p>

The Campus can be reached by car and public transportation. Several buses stop at the campus. From downtown Bangkok, the closest sky train (BTS) station is Mor-chit. The nearest railway station is bangkhen station. We are a 20-minute drive from Don Muang Airport and one hour from Suvarnabhumi International Airport.<\/p>

Faculty of Engineering Facilities<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

<\/a>The faculty offers a stimulating environment for students to experience both academic and extracurricular activities. Each engineering department has its own classrooms and laboratories, which are equipped with up-to-date teaching tools to foster an inspiring learning atmosphere. Our engineering students enjoy participating in a wide range of activities, such as a social responsibility volunteer club, robot club, academic club, \/and music club. The Faculty of Engineering provides our students with:<\/p>

Engineering Library<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

The 800 m2<\/sup>\u00a0area houses over 20,000 volumes of engineering texts, journals and magazines for students to utilize, from 8.30-18.30 on weekdays and 10.00-17.00 on Saturday.<\/p>

Self-learning and recreations rooms<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

<\/a>Students can make use of the internet zone, discussion rooms, books & magazines zone, and movie rooms in the self-learning center for their relaxation.<\/p>

Fitness center<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

The newly established fitness center, KEFF (Kasetsart Engineering Fit & Firm), is equipped with a wide range of professional exercise equipment. Yoga, Thai boxing, and aerobics classes are also offered to members.<\/p>

Bangkhen Campus Facilities<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Kasetsart University Bookstore<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

The KU Bookstore is stocked with books printed by national and international publishers in all disciplines. Students can purchase textbooks from the KU Bookstore at reasonable prices.<\/p>

<\/a>Coffee shop & Canteens<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Students can find several coffee shops and canteens located throughout the Bangkhen campus. The Faculty of Engineering also provides two canteens and coffee shops for students to take a break in between their classes.<\/p>

Banking Services<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

On-campus branch offices of Bank of Ayudhya, Bangkok Bank, Krung Thai Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, Kasikorn Bank, and TMB are located by the Ngamwongwan entrance 1 of the Bangkhen campus. Several automated teller machines (ATMs) are spread throughout the campus.<\/p>

Health<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

<\/a>When medical attention is needed, the KU medical center, located on campus, can assist students with qualified medical doctors and nurses during office hours.<\/p>

There are also private hospitals, operating for 24 hours, within the vicinity of the campus.<\/p>

Post Office<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

The post office offers one-stop postal services, which include all regular, express, and registered mail, as well as bill payments and money orders.<\/p>

Convenience Stores<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

There are several convenience stores spread the campus. A supermarket and various local markets are within walking distance of the campus.<\/p>

Dormitories & Accommodation<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Male and female students may apply to stay in affordable on-campus dormitories. Many off-campus dormitories are available close to the campus. For a temporary stay, accommodation provided by KU Home and the International Office can be an attractive option.<\/p>

Sports Facilities<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

In addition to the Faculty of Engineering\u2019s own fitness center, students can enjoy other sports on campus. There are swimming pools, a fully-equipped fitness center, tennis courts, football, rugby, hockey,\u00a0sepak-takraw<\/em>\u00a0fields, and indoor gyms where basketball and volleyball games are held.<\/p>
